Works for lited miatas
I used this for a lifted Miata application. I got longer springs and try to work perfectly. Have yet to take them off-road but they eat up every bump and dip on the road like they were not there. Really happy with this set up was worth the money.

Remarkable on street or track.
I was lucky enough to get one of the first sets of the Fox suspension installed on the V8 Miata that FM built for me. This is an outstanding setup, with excellent control on track, and the ability to soak up really awful surfaces on the street. The car is genuinely hard to upset, and responds quickly without being twitchy or harsh.

Daily Use
I DD my '96 spring through fall and needed a suspeion that could be come table everyday but still provide the handling I expect when having fun on twisty roads. These have excellent valving on the dampers that allows them ride incredibly comfortable for the standard spring rates. I've previously experienced several FCM set ups that were quite nice, but can't provide the dual use that the Fox set-up can. The ride height is easily adjustable, mine is currently 13" front and 13.5" rear. I have the stock 19mm front roll bar and no rear bar currently. With the dampers set at 19 clicks from firm on the front and 22 from firm on the rear I can say that this is the most comfortable Miata suspension that I've experienced that isn't a stock set-up. This is a very well sorted suspension, even in Indiana and the rough roads that winters leaves us with each spring. Thank you FM!

Great product street and track #Exocet
I only have 1 thing I would like different. I wish the body was shorter. I'm running these on 1.6 NA powered Exocet. I removed the front upper camber correcting plates for a proper amount of travel. With Exomotives plates in I had about 1" of travel. Currently I'm running rear plates with shy of 2" travel. Plans are adjustable upper rear control arms to correct geometry & eliminate plates. I've been running this set up on the street and finally got 2 days autocross about 50 miles on track could not have been happier. I chose standard spring rates per Keith's suggestion.

Best single upgrade yet!
I am very happy with this kit. I chose to go without helper springs for my '94 and have put in roughly 2500 miles of DD, mountain roads and 260ish track miles. As they say, the lack of helper springs is only ever noticable when jacking up the car, and even then it simply isn't an issue as the springs stay in place and aligned on their own. I'm running 12.75" in the front and 13.25" in the rear, stock sways and I'm comfortable with with 17-19 clicks from bottomed. The ride on the street is smooooth (road vibrations greatly reduced), yet firm (big bumps still are big bumps!) with the standard spring rates. The feel at the limits of adhesion on the track (200tw 195 width tires on 15's with race brake pads) in both braking and turning is GREAT. Even when on all season tires on the stock wheels with basic brakes, I feel confident with every steering and braking input I make.

This is beyond my expectations for what I thought was possible.
My initial impression is wow! The previous alignment was not as aggressive in the front. The front end is much more eager to change direction now. We shall see how it is once I can really go play.

The suspension is still fantastic. It is fun hoping between the Miata, the Fiat 500 Abarth and the Buick to feel the differences. The Miata has the better body control than the Abarth but the compliance falls closer to the Buick. This is beyond my expectations for what I thought was possible.

Foxed Miata
I am really impressed ! The custom 450/300 rate springs were definitely the right choice for my purposes . The car has the ride I wanted (very comparable to my wife A4 Sportline )but has enough spring that it corners fairly flat , much less pitch change under acceleration and braking. I need to play with the ride height a bit before I send it in for an alignment , but over all ,one very happy customer.

Wishing now I hadn't delayed and had purchased them a year ago....

Great performance in wheel to wheel racing
I installed the Fox suspension on my K24 swapped race build and absolutely love it. Keith helped me select the ideal spring rates for my application, and now the car is predictable and near impossible to upset. It soaks up curbs and bumps like they're nothing! At a track day last weekend I had several people approach me just to comment how composed the car looked through corners, and that in places it almost looked airborne but the tires miraculously stayed planted. If you're looking for a suspension for wheel-to-wheel competition, this will fit the bill!

I don't know if you guys need me to tell you that a $2000 fox suspension is great, but it sure is. With the FM recommended settings of 19 clicks back from full firm, the suspension feels barely firmer than my 50k mile stock suspension, but handles bumps way better. The increased suspension travel helps a ton with bigger potholes. I have the upgraded sway bars as well, so I can't attribute all the benefit to the struts, but cornering is flat as can be. Great overall suspension.

Amazing Performance for Track Use!
I use my FOX suspension with my Exocet race car. Yes, these work GREAT with Exocet's! I'm using 550/375 spring rates. The damping provided by the FOX shocks is outstanding. They produce massive grip levels while never being harsh or overdamped and are excellent on curbing. The shock tuning is ideal. I have not felt a better shock in a Miata, or Miata-based car. Even while driving around track properties, the FOX feels incredible. I see why they're also perfect for street usage too. I recommend the helper springs highly for anyone who will be making suspension adjustments. The FOX suspension is an exceptional price when compared to its competition. Don't scrimp on shocks which are critical to your build - get the best you can. You won't be disappointed with selecting the FOX suspension.
