To arrange for a return, please log into your account to create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you checked out as a guest, you can submit an RMA here. Please do not return a product without an RMA or there will be likely be delays.
Method of refund: Refunds will be processed in the manner in which payment was received or you may request store credit in lieu of a refund.
Wheels that have had tires installed cannot be returned. Please inspect your wheels carefully upon receipt. This includes wheel/tire packages that have not yet shipped if you change your mind after the tires are mounted.
Shipping Costs: Unless a return is accepted due to manufacturer defect or a mistake on Flyin’ Miata’s part, shipping costs paid for the initial shipment will not be refunded. Any costs to return product to FM (not due to defect or FM mistake) are the responsibility of the customer.
Any shipping costs Flyin’ Miata paid for in the initial shipment – including actual shipping costs for orders shipped using “Free Ground Shipping” options – will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
No restocking fee will be applied for products returned within 20 days of shipped date provided the product is returned as new and undamaged in transit.
A 5% restocking fee will be applied for products returned between 21 – 30 days after the initial shipped date provided the product is returned as new and undamaged in transit. If you opt for store credit instead of a refund, no restocking fee will be applied for products returned between 21 – 30 days after the initial shipped date.
No refunds or exchanges for products:
• After 31 days from the shipped date.
• Installed/used (including electrical).
• If a returned product arrives in such a condition that it cannot be sold as new.
• Sold as “discontinued” and/or “closed out” since the shipped date.
• Purchased as “special order” (i.e., a part number with an “S” in front of the number like “S-14-161xx” or designated as “special order” in the description of the item).
