A classic.

2.5" tubing and very little backpressure. The tip is a 3" double-wall design with Flyin' Miata engraved on top. All stainless steel construction including the flanges with a lifetime warranty, like all our exhausts.  For turbo use only. Fully compatible with all stock flanges, including stock midpipes as well as the FM one. This is only the muffler section, add our midpipe for improved performance.

Warning! These will be extremely loud on naturally aspirated and supercharged cars. They're not "cool loud", they're "you will get stopped by the police loud". To try it out, remove your stock exhaust for a short drive. Turbo cars do not have this problem due to extra muffling provided by the turbo itself.

Will fit Mazdaspeed MX-5 turbo cars, although the tip won`t stick out quite as far as stock. For maximum power on these cars, we recommend our complete Mazdaspeed exhaust.

A Class Act
I've been buying Flyin' Miata products since I've had a Miata. I've got the Voodoo II kit on it along with upgraded clutch, radiator and fans. So when it came time for a new exhaust system, I knew it would be from FM. The only question was 2-1/2" or 3". Since I want to keep OBD II capability the 2-1/2" won out as it's easier to manage clearance for the O2 sensors I believe. I bought the whole system from the
Turbo down tube back. The hardest part was getting the old system off. I budgeted the whole day for the job and was up and running by 11:00 AM. I'm 67 and did the job under the car on jack stands. If it didn't fit so perfectly it WOULD have taken all day. The exhaust system is a work of art. Shiny stainless steel and prefect welds throughout. The only thing better than the way it installed and the way it looks is the sound! Enough to know that it's there but quiet enough to keep the low key vibe. It is exactly what I was looking for. FM called a few days after I had installed it to make sure that I had gotten it OK and to see if I had any questions. A Class Act.
