Miatas love the track, but their front hubs are - to put it politely - consumables. Even with Spec Miata tires they require inspection and replacement at frequent intervals. Bolt on a set of sticky 245s or 275s and they just fall apart. Blueprinted hubs help, but don't solve the problem.
Enter Miatahubs. These are redesigned from the ground up. They use cartridge double tapered roller bearings so you can just install and forget, the way factory hubs are meant to be. No adjustment, no break-in, no worry that trailer-style bearings are preloaded perfectly. Just hubs that work and keep working. Yes, they're a little expensive - but it costs more to keep replacing the factory parts over and over!
They also have a very burly flange, because we're seeing more and more track cars cracking the mounting flange and not just toasting bearings. This is a purpose-built hub designed specifically for track Miatas and not something adapted from another car.
Proven on record-breaking Time Attack cars, winning 24hr race teams, winning Formula V8 cars (275 Hoosiers!) and our own V8-powered gravel hillclimb beast. There's nothing you can do to these hubs that haven't already been done.
Sold individually - two needed per car. Fit all NA and NB front uprights. The factory dust shield will likely need to be modified to fit, but they fit with all brake duct backing plates that we've used. If you have ABS, you will have to transfer the tone rings over from your existing hubs and use a sensor spacer (sold separately). Includes 2.5" ARP bullnose studs. Use factory nuts and dust caps (not included). We strongly recommend new Mazda nuts (which we sell) to ensure that the nuts can be properly staked. Aftermarket nuts usually have thinner walls, which won't hold the nuts in place as well.
ABS compatible, just pick up a set of the spacers above and transfer your tone rings over to the new hubs.
