Hard lines for water and oil lines
We use the best quality water and oil drain lines we can in our turbo kits, but they do need to be replaced every few years. This hard line kit will replace both the water feed and return line as well as the big oil return line with custom-bent stainless steel pipes. There are flex sections in the oil drain to ensure the best fit. You`ll never have to replace an oil or water line again!

They fit any 1.8 FM turbo that uses a Garrett turbo, including the GT2554, GT2560 and GT3071, with the exception of the 1999-2000 two catalytic converter model. Some bending of the lines may be required to make them fit with older kits with steel intercooler pipes. If you have a Mazdaspeed with the FM II conversion, some of the factory fittings will need to be plugged off for the water lines, and the water pump inlet will have to be changed to the non-Mazdaspeed version for the oil return. While they'll work with a Mazdaspeed, they're not ideal. Won't fit 1.6 engines. Available as an upgrade to any new 1.8 FM turbo.
The hard water lines won't work with the FM reroute, please use the FM reroute-specific silicone water line kit if you have the FM reroute.
Please note that banjo bolts are not included with this kit but are available separately. These lines use the same banjo bolts as the flexible lines do.
