Flyin' Miata NB gauge faces
Problem: if you run a smaller steering wheel than stock, it's often hard to see the tops of your gauges. So we worked with Revlimiter to bring you these custom gauges.
The most obvious thing is the rotation of the speedometer and tach. This puts the important range of your gauges in clear view so you can easily read them even with a small wheel. We also extended the tick marks on the oil pressure gauge so you can see them as well. While we were at it, we also made the gauges as clear and legible as possible. The faces are uncluttered with a simple font so you can get the information you need at a glance.
The gauges come with clear instructions and almost everything you need for installation - even gloves and tools to pull the needles off your stock parts. You will need a few normal shop tools like screwdrivers and pliers.
At night, they have a nice even illumination. There`s no color in the gauges themselves, so you can change the color depending on what you do with the bulbs. The pictures show the gauges with the stock green bulbs in place. These can easily be converted to a nice warm incandescent glow by removing the green bulb covers, or you can change to different bulb colors. At night, only the edge of the redline lights up to keep you from getting blinded.
Here they are at night, using stock bulbs. Better night pictures to come. Note that these gauges do not light up around the edge, that's the stock chrome ring reflecting the light. The gauges themselves have no color other than the redline, so you can change them with various bulb covers.
The metric faces are not kept in stock, they will be drop-shipped from the manufacturer. Expect them to ship in approximately a week.
