It's a scary time. Here's the status of what's going on at Flyin' Miata right now.
Is Flyin' Miata open?
We have closed our warehouse as a precautionary measure to protect our staff. This means we cannot ship parts. We are still providing tech support via email and working on developing the next generation of Miata performance!
Can I still place an online order?
Our webserver is checked for viruses on a regular basis and is kept isolated in a clean environment, so our webstore remains open :)
When will you start shipping parts again?
To keep our staff safe, we have closed our warehouse and will not be able to ship any parts until it reopens. The warehouse will remain closed until April 13th.
Will my parts ship on the 13th?
It will likely take us a few days to get caught up. We will fulfill orders in a first-in, first-out manner, so the oldest orders will go out first. The sooner you place an order, the sooner it will ship. Expedited orders will get priority.
Do I have to sign for packages?
We send any package with a value of $750 or more as "signature required". The FedEx driver will not require an actual signature, but will simply need to see ID and will do an electronic signature on your behalf. Someone will have to be home.
Can I call in with questions?
For the time being, we have our phones shut down so you will not be able to reach our customer support team by phone.
Can I email you with questions or ask over social media?
Yes! We anticipate a pretty high volume of email so it may take us a while to answer, but we do have the customer support team manning the keyboards from home. How to contact us by email.
Can I stop by to visit?
Unfortunately, our facilities are currently closed to the public.
