Viva Mazda!
Track day wrap up

At the recent All-Mazda Nationals, Flyin' Miata and PR Motorsports
ran the track day. Carl Young of Carl's Place and Mike Borders of Open
Road Racing were a big help in helping behind the scenes and in running
pace cars. Brian Goodwin of Good-Win
Racing also
gave us a hand in pacing the D group with a big grin on his face.
Lost and found
When we were packing up, there was a pair of Simpson driving gloves
left in our trailer. If they're yours, let us know.
Pictures.
We were too busy working (and playing) to take too
many photos. Mario Viloria provided some of these. If you have any, let
us know and we'll put them up on the site here.
Jamie Ruderman and his wife took a number of photos. Check them out!
All-Mazda track day? Well, there were a few that weren't Miatas. But not many.
Here are some of the non-Miatas. A pair of 350Zs, a Datsun 510, a CRX, a Maxima and a 1971 Corolla. Yup, all-Mazda.
On the track with one of the RX-8s, a Miata and a 350.
Brian
Goodwin passes the MINI. If that's a "mini", should a Miata be called a "micro"?
Elvis heads out on the track to try out the latest prototype setup.
Zoom!
More non-Miata action! A Supra that just finished third in the SCC Ultimate Street Car Challenge. Yeah, it was fast.
Turbodog really liked the Supra, it seems.
The D group out on the track.
The two FM cars that got all the track time.
Art alert! Everyone's gone home but the FM crew.
