DGM Blazing Miata The DGM Blazing Miata was introduced at the 2002 SEMA show. The car, built by DG Motorsports and AWR and a member of the Mazdaspeed Elite projects program, has a carbon fibre hood and fenders along with many other bits. Naturally, it was necessary to back up those looks with some power and handling - so DG installed FM suspension, an FM II turbo and FM duals. The car will also be receiving a set of FM big brakes shortly. This makes 4 Mazda show cars with FM power in the past year. Are we proud? You bet. Due to the nature of show cars, the paint was still wet when it was brought to the show. The underhood area is not fully painted yet so we can't show you any pictures of it - but it's a standard FM II turbo. The paint on the exterior and interior was absolutely unbelievable, however. Look for it in magazines soon.
