Willans 2 inch harness
Willans Harness System - The choice of leading F-1 teams. When you`re headed to the track, these Willans racing harnesses will pin you down, but they are comfortable and easy to use. All harnesses use Camlock buckles for quick installation and removal. Full use of your stock seat belt is retained. There is a 3" spreader pad on the lap belt. While they might not be the cheapest harnesses on the market, the combination of top-quality webbing and hardware along with a 5-year certification means they are an excellent choice and not as expensive as they might initially seem.
Harnesses also come in 3" widths and extra padding is available. Specify year of car and color of belts when ordering. Available in blue, red or black. Sold individually.
A rollbar is required for a harness in any Miata for safety; the driver`s helmeted head must be 2" below the top of the main hoop. We highly recommend adding a sub belt to these harnesses for greater comfort and safety. That will make them a six-point setup as shown.
