We had the periodic crank no start with our '99 Miata. Swapped fuel pump relay, main relay, checked fuel pump connections, etc. Finally ordered the FM Fuel Pump Rewire Kit and solved our starting problems. Has been a few weeks since the installation. Vehicle has ~270k on it and has been a very reliable car. Have plenty other FM parts added to vehicle over the years. We love FM!

This filter has the perfect angle for what I needed. I was able to tuck it nicely in front of the engine using the pitch the collar comes with.

These are great! They add a few degrees of opening for more room to work in the engine bay. They look great as well.

Perfect fit for 2002 Miata. Red gives the interior a little pop. Need to search for a couple YouTube videos to find the best install instructions. Not complicated, just fiddly tiny parts

The brace was great, and it made the rear end feel like it wasn’t going to fall apart. After I swapped the open diff to a clutch pack lsd, the rear felt like it would flex a ton when the clutches would slip at low speed. Now with this brace I have a lot more confidence in the rear of the car. On track the car felt planted in the rear.

I did have to realign the car after install since I had my eccentric bolts in the wrong direction to work with the brace

In terms of exhaust clearance:
I originally had a Manzo (or Manzo style) exhaust I got for inexpensive from someone in my area. I didn’t really love it but never bothered to change it. This brace did not work with that exhaust and had clearance issues, so it made for a good reason to get an exhaust I actually like. I ended up buying the RoadsterSport 4 exhaust and that did work with the brace

Product works as intended, simple enough installation. Clutch feels like new now! Great customer support as well.

The chassis seems to be less bouncy and less body roll from what it appears to be less chassis flex. Less NVH and more responsive steering, too. A big surprise. Occasionally, it rattles, but I think is from the flexing and then it settles. I'm guessing a front subframe brace will totally eliminate that and uncrease steering responsiveness. 2025 GT.

Thanks for the assist Matt, ended up taking a hammer to the shock mounting stud. NAPA was already closed, so bolt and nut it is for now.

For those of you installing the MC brace along with the shock tower brace, if you're on V Maxx Classics and the stud is not long enough to even thread the smaller nut supplied with the kit, a 30mm M8 x 1.25 bolt will cover ya, locking washer and all.
