Hard Dog Deuce

Styled after the classic Cobra rollbars, the Deuce gives protection with some style. Most "double-hoop" bars are purely for style with very little strength, but this is a real Hard Dog.

Two hoops protrude about 18" above the rear parcel shelf and are supported by a rear brace. A solid multi-point mounting systems ensure the Deuce offers more than pretty looks. The lower height of this bar does mean that it's basically impossible to get a helmet below the top of the bar, and the lack of a single full-width roll hoop means it will not necessarily be accepted for track day use. Check with your local track day groups for more details.

Fits any Miata, regardless of top or rear window. The only exception is the centre-braced Deuce - it will not work with the Robbins or Duetto zip-out glass window tops. The side braced version works in this case.

Click here for more photos of the Deuce being installed. You'll be able to see the bracing that's hidden away.

The red car has the side braced Deuce, the blue car has a center brace. Click the photo for a larger version.
