"Sturdy Bois" splitter mounts by 9Lives Racing (1990-2005)

Sturdy Bois splitter mounts function as both radiator ducting and a quick disconnect splitter mount all in one. Fits 1990-2005 Miatas. Sturdy Bois are intended to be used with a Nine Lives splitter, Nine Lives Damn Dam and 64" The Big Wang. This combination has been CFD tested to increase overall downforce by 310%. Available individually in case you already have the other kits.

You can keep your OEM bumper if you wish to use the radiator ducting feature. The ducting will fit behind the stock bumper. The splitter mount portion of the kit does require that the front bumper cover be cut to be installed.

The Details

·         More Downforce = Faster = Lower lap times.

·         Aluminum construction.

·         Front horns are set at 4.4° to help support your air dam, and make it legal for NASA racing (max of 5° on front air dam).

·         Quick disconnect with two bolt operation, or can be replaced with a .25" pin.

·         The quick disconnect feature requires the use of the Nine Lives Damn Dam, linked below.

·         Radiator ducting included.

·         Emergency Break Away - if contact occurs mounts will snap before damaging oem mounting points.

The Sturdy Boi splitter mount will not work with most side inlet/outlet front mounted intercoolers. Top inlet/outlet intercoolers should work but will need to be checked on a case-by-case basis.
